2. Accepting these terms

By using Top Spot or paying for a listing, you agree to these Terms, our Rules, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you pay on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business. You must be at least 18 years old.

3. What we provide

Top Spot is a public leaderboard of paid placements. Your position is decided only by the amount paid, as described in the Rules. We do not promise any number of visitors, clicks, leads or sales, and past results shown on the site do not predict future results.

4. Your listing

• You are responsible for everything in your listing: name, pitch, logo and link. It must be accurate, lawful and yours to use.
• You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your listing, name and logo on Top Spot and in our social posts, emails and press about the Service.
• Your linked website must show valid business or contact details.

5. What is not allowed

Listings may not promote betting or real-money gaming, instant-loan apps, crypto or guaranteed-return schemes, adult content, counterfeit goods, hate, harassment, malware, phishing, or anything unlawful in India. Chat or invite links and link shorteners are not accepted. We may review, edit the formatting of, hide or remove any listing at our discretion, including after payment, without a refund where the listing breaks these Terms or the Rules.

6. Payments and taxes

• Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable GST. Payments are processed by our payment partner Razorpay; we never see or store your card or UPI details.
• A rank is claimed only after the payment is confirmed. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
• We issue a tax invoice to the email you provide at checkout.

7. Changes to the Service

We may change prices, rules or features for future payments. Changes do not reduce amounts already credited to your listing. If we shut the Service down, we will give at least 30 days' notice on the site.

8. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the listing concerned in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for claims, losses and costs arising from your listing or your breach of these Terms.

10. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction. Please contact our Grievance Officer first; see the Contact page.
